MAGNES 1300 C

The Magnes 1300 C is ideal for evaluating a wide range of functions of the brain and other parts of the body. Often referred to at the "whole body" MSI system, its possibilites, including magnetocardiography, gastrointestinal tract, fetal, spinal cord and peripheral nerve studies, are expanding rapidly.

The 1300 C, with its 67 detector coils, covers a circular area approximately 32 cm in diameter. The sensor has 61 radial detection coils and 6 transverse magnetometer coils. The sensor can be tipped ±45º, rotated ±100º, and moved 25 cm vertically and freely in both transverse directions. The Data Acquisition system uses 177 total channels, 61 radial MEG channels, 6 transverse MEG channels, 96 auxiliary channels, 11 reference channels, and 1 utility channel for reference and head positioning. A variety of software tools for analyzing cardiac and other recordings are provided with the system.
